Welcome to NoshGames and thanks for playing our games! This Privacy Policy explains how NoshGames (“NoshGames”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes the information we collect, and how you can exercise your privacy rights where applicable. This Privacy Policy applies whenever you play our games (including Outbreak Zero: Idle RPG); access our websites (including noshgames.com); use any other products, services, or digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy; or interact with our customer support and marketing activities (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not want us to collect, store, use, or disclose your information in these ways, you should not play our games or use our Services. We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised policy on this page or notify you by other appropriate means.

1. Information We Collect and Process
The personal information we may collect and process about you through the Services falls into the following general categories:
1.1 Data that you provide voluntarily
- Account information: in-game user name, password, and in-game user ID
- Contact information: your email address
- Profile information: such as name, social networking accounts, age range, gender, image, or profile photo
- Communication information: messages you send to us or via the Service (such as chat logs and player support tickets)
- Transactional information: payment and transaction information related to purchases in our Services (processed by the platform stores; we do not receive your full payment card number)
- Other information: any other information you choose to give our customer service or other team in the game or via email (such as information to identify a lost account)
1.2 Information we collect automatically
When you access our Services, we may also collect certain information automatically from you and/or your device, such as:
- Device information: mobile device identifiers; IP address (used to determine approximate geographic area and which does not reveal your precise location by itself); device type, system language, network and carrier data, operating system; country; application performance and debugging information. For advertising purposes on Android devices that support Google Play services, we use the resettable Google Advertising ID. For essential non-ads use cases such as analytics and fraud prevention, we may use App Set ID; we do not use App Set ID for ads personalization or ads measurement, and we do not associate it with the Advertising ID or other personally identifiable information for advertising purposes. On iOS, we may use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) subject to your tracking authorization and Apple’s Limit Ad Tracking / App Tracking Transparency settings.
- Online activity information: games and platforms you use; in-game events; game version; progress; date and time of activity; and notifications related to our Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies: Like most online services, we use cookies and similar technologies on our websites to enhance your experience and help prevent fraud. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can modify settings to decline them, though some features may not work properly.
1.3 Information we obtain from third-party sources
When you use any of our Services via a social or platform account (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple), you may allow us to access certain information from your profile on that service, depending on your privacy settings. We may access and store information such as your user identification number, publicly available name and profile photo, information about your activities on the connected platform, and other information that you or the platform shares with us.
With your permission and only when needed to provide a feature you request, we may also access other personal information on your device, such as your contacts, calendar, or messages. We do not collect this information by default.
We may also receive information from advertising partners—for example, which advertising network and campaign led to an install of our game.
2. How We Collect Information About You
When you play one of our games, we collect and store certain personal and non-personal information that you provide directly or through third-party sources offering our games. Your device, browser, or client software may transmit certain technical information. Gameplay information such as last play time and progression may be collected or generated based on your use of the Services.
As with most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files (such as browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data). We and our partners may use cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to analyze trends, administer websites, track movements around the websites, and gather demographic information. You can control cookies at the browser level.
3. How We Use the Information We Collect
We may use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:
- Services delivery, operations, and account management: provide, operate, and improve the Services; personalize your experience; maintain your profile; enable security features; communicate Service-related announcements and support messages; and respond to requests and feedback.
- Improvement and development: analyze and improve the Services and develop new products. We may create aggregated, de-identified, and/or anonymized data and use or share it for lawful business purposes.
- Marketing and advertising: We, our service providers, and third-party advertising partners may collect and use information for marketing and interest-based advertising. We send marketing messages only with your consent where required. You may unsubscribe using links in those messages or by contacting us. Interest and location data used for ads may be linked to your device. You can turn off personalized advertising in Privacy settings inside the game; consent status does not change the number of ads you see, only their content. On Android, you can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in system settings. On iOS, use Limit Ad Tracking / App Tracking Transparency controls.
- Attribution: We may collect categories of personal information including identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and inferences drawn from these categories, and share them with partners for install attribution and advertising measurement.
- Analytics: Analytics providers may access data such as IP address or device ID to help us understand how the Services are used. They use this data on our behalf and do not share individual-level data except in aggregate form.
- Location: With your permission, we and our partners may collect, use, and share precise location data to customize and improve the Services. Precise location is collected only when permitted and is used to provide and improve our games. We may also derive approximate region from IP address.
- Compliance, protection, and anti-fraud: comply with law; protect rights, safety, and property; audit internal processes; enforce terms; and prevent fraud, abuse, and cyberattacks.
- With your consent: in some cases we ask for specific consent, such as for surveys or where required by law.
4. Sharing of Your Information
We may share your personal information with the following parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:
- Affiliates: corporate entities under common ownership or control.
- Service providers: third parties that provide services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, customer support, security).
- Payment processors / platform stores: purchases are processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Advertising partners: for interest-based advertising and attribution as described above.
- Third parties designated by you: when you instruct us or consent (for example, linking a social account).
- Business and marketing partners: parties with whom we jointly offer products or services.
- Professional advisors: lawyers, auditors, and similar advisors where needed.
- Authorities and others: law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties as we believe necessary for compliance and protection.
We generally do not share personally identifiable contact information (such as name, address, email, or phone) with other companies for their independent marketing unless you approve.
5. How to Exercise Your Rights
Users in Europe should also read the Notice to European Users. Users in U.S. states with applicable privacy laws should read the U.S. State Privacy Rights Notice.
- Opt out of promotional emails using unsubscribe links or by emailing privacy@noshgames.com.
- Turn off push notifications in the options/settings of the relevant game or your device.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising in Privacy settings inside the game, and via Android Advertising ID settings or iOS tracking controls.
- Access, correct, restrict, port, or request deletion of personal information via Privacy settings / the Privacy button inside the game, or by contacting privacy@noshgames.com.
- If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
- You may complain to a data protection authority about our practices.
You may also stop all collection of information by uninstalling the games using the standard uninstall process on your device or app store.
6. Data Deletion and Retention
How to request account and data deletion. If our Services allow account creation, you may request deletion of your app account and associated user data:
- From within the game, use the Privacy button / Privacy settings to submit an access or deletion request; or
- Outside the app, email privacy@noshgames.com with your game name, username or player ID, and the email associated with your account (if any). Please include “Account / Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.
When we delete an account based on your request, we delete the user data associated with that account. Temporary deactivation, disabling, or “freezing” an account is not account deletion. After a deletion request is processed, you will not be able to use the app with that account data and will need to reinstall and start fresh if you wish to play again.
Retention. We retain personal information as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, establishing or defending legal claims, security, fraud prevention, and compliance. When we no longer need personal information, we delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing. Some records (for example, payment or customer service records) may be retained where we are required or entitled to do so by law. If you posted content on other services, we may not be able to delete that content.
We will respond to deletion and other privacy requests in a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Age Limit
A child user who is under the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction may use the Services only with prior consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly. Parents who wish to withdraw consent or request deletion of a child’s data may contact us at privacy@noshgames.com.
8. Privacy Policies of Linked Sites and Advertisers
The Services may contain advertisements and links to websites, apps, and other online services from companies other than NoshGames. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Please review their policies and contact them directly with questions.
You may choose to disclose information about yourself when contributing user-generated content. Data you disclose in forums, blogs, chats, or similar features may become public, and there is no expectation of privacy for that content.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
- Apple App Store / iTunes: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.
- Google Play: Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play’s subscription settings.
9. Security of Your Information
We take steps designed to protect your information, including physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Access to personal information is limited to authorized employees and contractors who need it to operate, develop, or improve our games. No security system can prevent all potential breaches, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal information.

Except as otherwise provided, this section applies to residents of U.S. states to the extent they have privacy laws applicable to us that grant the rights described below (collectively, “State Privacy Laws”). Sale / sharing. We do not sell Personal Information for money. Like many companies, we use services that help deliver interest-based ads. State Privacy Laws may classify some of these disclosures to advertising partners as “selling” or “sharing” Personal Information. Categories that may be shared for advertising and attribution include identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and inferences. We do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of consumers under 16. We do not intentionally collect Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about consumers under California’s privacy law outside limited contexts such as user-to-user messages.
How to exercise rights. Submit requests through the Privacy button in the game or email privacy@noshgames.com. For opt-out of targeted advertising or “sale”/“sharing” from mobile apps, include your mobile game name, username, and email. You may also use device-level ad tracking controls.
